This page gives a coach a general idea when season events take place. Dates can change so please always verify events on the SCLL Calendar page.

January:

• Turn in coaching forms
• Register online to manage or coach

February:

• Attend tryouts / safety evaluations
• Attend draft / first aid meetings
• Attend coaches clinics
• Practice starts
• Identify your Team Parent
• Read the SCLL Rules

March:

• Attend umpire clinic
• Attend field days to prep the fields (invite the parents from your team to help out)
• Opening ceremonies
• Play ball!
• Team pictures

April:

• Mid-season coaches meeting

May:

• SCLL Dinner and Auction

June:

• All-Star Selection meeting
• Closing Ceremonies

July:

• Enjoy the off-season
• Start planning for the next season
