Tournament Play

As the season nears completion, Salmon Creek Little League uses the final 2 weeks to play tournaments in each division.

Games typically start after the Memorial Day weekend. Depending on the number of teams in each division, tournaments may be single or double elimination, or even a round-robin format.

Seeding for the National division is based on regular season standings.

Seeding for Pac Coast is random.

Northwest 7 and 8 may have a tournament, if so seeding is random. If no tournament is planned, regular season games will be added to the schedule so games are played all the way up to Closing Ceremonies.

Championship games for all the tournament play is typically held the morning of Closing Ceremonies.

T-Ball never has a tournament but in some seasons a T-Ball All Star game (or games) is played on the day of Closing Ceremonies. T-Ball All Star teams are made by taking everyone who wants to play and mixing up new teams. Multiple games will be played if many kids sign up. Our hope is that every T-Ball player opts in and plays. It is a great way to end the T-Ball season!
